Diagramly (diagramly.xyz) is made by Milkcake Factory, an independent studio operated by Robin Singh in India (“we”, “us”). By using Diagramly you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The service

Diagramly is a diagramming tool that runs in your browser. You can use it without an account; your work then stays on your device. If you sign in with Google, your diagrams are saved to your account so you can open them anywhere.

Your content

Your diagrams are yours. We store them only to provide the service. When you share a link or publish a diagram as a public page, anyone with the link can see it, and you can unpublish it at any time. Don’t use Diagramly to store or share anything illegal, infringing, or harmful, or to attack or overload the service.

Diagramly Pro

• Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record and the seller of record for your purchase. Dodo handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices, and chargebacks, and its own terms apply to the payment.
• If we change a price, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep Diagramly running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of important diagrams (exports are always available). We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut down Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your use

You can stop using Diagramly and delete your diagrams at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
