Diagramly is made by Milkcake Factory. We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we keep and why.
Without an account
Your diagrams stay in your browser’s local storage. Share links carry the diagram inside the link itself, so we never receive it.
With an account
- Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo, used to identify your account.
- Your diagrams, their saved versions, folders and tags, so you can open them on any device.
- Activity: how many edits you make per day, to show your streak on your profile.
- Published pages: when you publish a diagram, its content and your name and photo become public.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are sold by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo collects your payment and billing details; we never see or store card numbers. From Dodo we keep only your customer and subscription IDs, your plan, and its renewal date.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which features are used. It doesn’t see the content of your diagrams.
Who processes your data
Google Firebase (sign-in, database, analytics), Vercel (hosting), and Dodo Payments (billing). We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can delete any diagram from your account at any time. To delete your whole account and everything in it, or to get a copy of your data, email hello@milkcakefactory.com from the address you sign in with. We reply within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
