Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel Diagramly Pro at any time from Manage billing on the pricing page or your account menu. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and your diagrams are never deleted.

Refunds

• If Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of any charge (first payment or renewal) and we’ll refund that charge in full.
• After 14 days, payments aren’t refundable, except where the law requires it or Diagramly failed to work as described.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, usually within 5–10 business days.

Email hello@milkcakefactory.com from your account’s email address. Your invoice number helps, but isn’t required. We reply within 2 business days.
